Ian Zammit

Ian Zammit was the President of the Property Division of Global Capital plc and has matured over 15 years’ experience in the real estate sector. He has advised on and developed a number of residential and commercial projects both in Malta and overseas, and managed a portfolio of over EURO 100 million in property investments. Previously an investment advisor to a Maltese Property Fund, Ian was also a member of the property investment committee at Global Capital plc.

Stefano Lorato

Banker with almost thirty years of experience in the Italian banking sector. Stephen has held, and still holds, important offices in major financial companies such as: Keluma Capital, GAA SIM Spa, Spa Zeus Finance In 1990 he founded the Fidea SIM SpA, which he directed for more than 15 years.

Daniele Zuffada

Daniele Zuffada started his real estate career in 1980 at a building design and urban planning Company, where he became an associate 6 years later. From 1986 to 2003 he worked on the design and management of numerous residential, industrial and service sector developments. During that period he also started working on the operational management of real estate development, taking care of design, construction, trade and finance. In 2004 he started his own real estate development company, Homodomo S.r.L., and has since then developed more than 110.000 cubic meters projects.
