A 16storey building. The ground floor will include parking for 26 cars. The first 3 floors will have vestibules, a 115 seat restaurant, a 55 seat café-bar and administrative offices. The hotel rooms will be located from the 4th to the 14th floor. On the 15th floor, there will be a spa fitness center and apartments. The 16th floor will house the hotel’s technical apparatus.
