The City
Novosibirsk is the 3rd biggest city of Russia with a population of more than 2 million people.
It was founded only in 1902 near the new railroad bridge across the Ob river on the TranSiberian road. Since then it has shown a very quick population growth. The main activities of Novosibirsk are still connected with the fact that it is a big transport hub between Europe, East Siberia, China and the Far East.
During the Second World War many of the Scientific research institutes were relocated to Novosibirsk form the European part of Russia which gained to Novosibirsk the name of Scientific capital of Russia.
Notwithstanding the fact that the need on hotels is enormous the supply of hotel rooms is very scarce. The hotel room index is about 1,7 rooms per 1.000 inhabitants, the European average room index is about 7 rooms per 1.000 inhabitants, and the quality of the rooms is very low while the prices are very high.

The Structure will be strategically located: Tolmachevo Airport a 30 minutes drive away and the rail road station 5 minutes’ walk from the Hotel.
