The Company is a collective investment scheme established under the laws of Malta as a self-managed umbrella (multi-fund) investment company with variable share capital (SICAV), incorporated on the 1st June 2012 with registration number SV 233 pursuant to the Companies Act, 1995 (Chp. 386 of the Laws of Malta).
The registered office of the Company is situated at TG Complex, Suite 2, Level 3, TG Complex, Brewery Street, Mriehel, BKR 3000, Malta.
The Company currently has two Funds.

The Company Secretary of the Company is Trident Fund Services (Malta) Ltd, a limited liability company established under the laws of Malta and having its registered office at Orange Point Building, 2nd Floor, Dun Karm Street, Birkirkara By-Pass, Birkirkara BKR 9037.

Fund Administrator
Trident Fund Services (Malta) Ltd is a limited liability company established in Malta and has its registered office at Orange Point Building , 2nd Floor, Dun Karm Street, Birkirkara By Pass, Birkirkara BKR 9037.
The Administrator is recognised by the MFSA to provide fund administration services. The Administrator acts as administrator to other collective investment schemes including schemes licensed in Malta.

Auditor
BDO Malta has assumed responsibility for the auditing function for the Company In Malta, BDO Malta is is the leading professional services firm employing around 100 professionals in its Audit and Assurance Services.
