Brickstone Real Estate Funds is the brainchild of entrepreneurs, businessmen and investors who in the past 20 years have made many successful real estate investments in the Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania) and in the Russian Federation, delivering significant returns.
The strength of the Fund is based on the independence and deep knowledge of the Russian market of its management team, combined with the business expertise of the members of the Fund.
The Founders believe there still are great opportunities in markets such as Russia and the Baltic Countries. Not fully saturated yet, these markets offer a stable regulatory environment and reliable infrastructure. What is needed to unlock this potential is a compelling vision, true expertise, and deep market knowledge.
The investment strategy is based on:
- Affordable land and buildings.
- Construction costs at a very competitive price.
- Labor costs at a very competitive price.
- Favorable tax regimes.
- Low public and private debt.
- Strong GDP growth rates.
In the presence of innovative ideas and / or specific opportunities, the Fund will consider the convenience of taking initiatives even in mature markets as well as in the markets in which it has been experienced significant corrections in subsequent speculation, through the creation of the Sub-Funds committed.
