The funds offered by BRICKSTONE RE are classified as Professional Investor Funds according to the rules in Malta. It is not available for retail. These funds are made available primarily to institutional investors such as banks, asset managers or insurance companies. They are accessible only for individual investors that qualify as high net-worth investors as defined in the Offering Memorandum and the Fund Subscription Forms.
No broker, dealer, salesman or other person has been authorised by the Fund, its Directors, or any of the appointed functionaries to issue any advertisement or to give any information or to make any representations in connection with the offering or sale of Shares other than those contained on this website and in the documents referred to herein and / or authorized by the Directors.
